It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Donna Sue Harbaugh (Ashland, Ohio), born in Ashland, Kentucky, who passed away on October 13, 2023, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, B. Frank Maynard and Elizabeth Maynard (Blair); her husband Paul Eugene Harbaugh Jr.; her brother David B. Maynard; her great grandchild Ellie Allen; her aunt Elaine Ratliff; and her cousin Sandra New.

She is survived by : her daughter Leslie Harbaugh; her grandchildren, Corey Allen (Bethany) and Kaitlyn Potts; her great grandchild Jayden Allen; and her cousin Lisa Landen (Margie Shull).
