He is survived by: his wife Janet Fulk of Ashland; his son Bryan Fulk (Jenna Bogorad) of Los Angeles; his son-in-law Quinn Conley of West Salem; his grandchildren, Jacob Ebert (Jennie Riffle), Justin Ebert of Ashland, Kate Conley and Quinn Conley of Medina; his siblings, Dennis Fulk (Becky) of Ashland and Donna Jackson (Steve) of Delaware; and his sisters-in-law, Donna Fulk of Ashland and Rachel Hall of Cumberland. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
