We are sad to announce that on November 18, 2023, at the age of 77, Duane Raymond Smeltzer of Ashland, Ohio passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Jacob Ray and Edna Mae Smeltzer (Stelzer). He is survived by : his wife Linda Smeltzer (Stuart); his children, Jason Smeltzer (Jennifer) of Hayesville, Scott Smeltzer and Julia Miller; his grandchildren, Katelynn and Preston Smeltzer; his sisters, Beverly Scott of Indiana and Marlene Armstrong of Hayesville; and his daughter-in-law Jennifer.

In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made to the Hayesville-Vermillion Volunteer Fire Department.
