She was predeceased by : her parents, John Kalafus and Helen Kalafus (Pero); and her husband Dan. She is survived by : her children, Kris Kearns (Mike) of Yellow Springs, Karen Alsop (Don) of Ashland and Dan Kliner (Michelle) of West Salem; and her grandchildren, Kaitlin Peoples (Charley), Alexandra Kearns, Stephen, Megan Alsop, Kaleb, Kourtney, Kolton and Makayla Kliner.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial contributions be made to St. Edward Catholic Church, 501 Cottage Street, Ashland, Ohio or the Ashland County Council on Aging, 240 East 3rd Street, Ashland, Ohio 44805.
