He was predeceased by : his mother Gloria Lewis Sr. (Kitchen); his brother Joseph H. Lewis; his father Frank L. Lewis Sr.; his sister Josilon A. Lewis; and his niece Stacey Strickland-Ivy.
He is survived by : his sister Gloria Uhler (Mark) of Ashland; his friend Cindy Ricer of Ashland; his children, Shawn and Tracey; and his sister Cindy Lewis of Costa Mesa, CA.. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
