He was predeceased by : his parents, Mellie Cutlip and Ada Cutlip (Gerwig); his wife Rosemary Cutlip (Tucker); his sons, Larry Cutlip and Tom Cutlip; and his siblings, Helen Traugh and Melvin Cutlip.

He is survived by : his children, Dana Cutlip of Ashland and Cathy Edward of Ashland. He is also survived by ten grandchildren; thirteen great grandchildren and fifteen great great grandchildren.
