He is survived by: his children, Jennifer Appell (Scott) of Madison, IN, Todd Burke (McKaela) of Red Bud, IL and Kendra Elliott of Ashland, Ohio; and his brothers, David Burke of Tennessee and Tom Burke of Florida. He is also survived by Nine grandchildren; seven great grandchildren.
