He was predeceased by: his siblings, Mary Reynolds, Gloria Chapman and John Buzzard. He is survived by: his children, Harvey Buzzard (Dawn) of Ashland, Rhonda Peacock (Steve Waldman) of Ashland and Rickey Lee Buzzard (Diane); his grandchildren, Ashley Peacock, Mac Buzzard and Rickey II; and his siblings, Fred Buzzard and Jackie Shambaugh. He is also survived by four great-grandchildren.
