He is survived by: his wife Patricia Campbell Pennington; his children, Brenda Perotta and Steve Pennington; and his stepchildren, Beth Emery, Cindy Doran, Tricia Holtkamp (Mike), Heather Vaught (Mark) and Brandon Wiser (Julie). He is also survived by 11 grandchildren and 2, great grandchildren.
