James Ronald Rogers Obituary

We are sad to announce that on January 8, 2026, at the age of 81, James Ronald Rogers of Ashland, Ohio passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Ogie Mae and Merle Rogers; and his granddaughter Christy Barker. He is survived by: his children, Tammy Barker, Denise Bloeman (Scott), Jamie Rogers (Elaine) and Jason Wingrove; his grandchildren, Brandon Barker, Jen Barker, Shelby Bloeman, Shawn Rogers (Kat), Brody and Brayden Wingrove; his great grandchild Serenity Petry; his great great grandchild Waylon Anderson Anders; and his sisters-in-law, Dixie Hackworth and Jeri Clever (Doug). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

Jim fought to the end of his life, trying to beat the Parkinson's that destroyed him.
