She was predeceased by: her parents, Richard Brightbill and Laura Brightbill; and her siblings, Kay Ruley, Ted Brightbill and Hal Brightbill.
She is survived by: her husband Richard Jones (Dick); her daughters, Lori Sarkel (Ed) of Hilliard and Jennifer Myers (Gary) of Hilliard; her grandchildren, Elizabeth Smith (Torrance) of Willow Spring, NC, Katherine Sarkel of Cincinnati, Natalie Myers and Grant Myers of Hilliard; her great grandchild Charlotte Smith; and her brother Larry Brightbill.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 7th 2026 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Fickes Funeral Home (84 N High St, Jeromesville, OH 44840). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, October 7th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Ashland Church of Christ.
