He is survived by: his mother Marjorie L. McQuate of Ashland; his wife Mindy McQuate of Ashland; his children, Seth McQuate (Jenn), Scott McQuate, Leah Donatini (Adam) and Jenna Smith (Kenton); his grandchildren, Job, Lilah, Silas, Phoebe, Violet McQuate, Braden, Ayla Donatini, Eva and Jack Smith; and his siblings, Julie Ringler (Jim), Lisa McPherson (Steve) and Dan McQuate (Kim).
