He was predeceased by : his parents, Grace Messmore and Paul Messmore; his parents-in-law, Carl and Florence Bruce of Ashland; and his siblings, Raymond, Harold, William Messmore (Bill) and Okal Shonkweiler.
He is survived by : his children, Mark Messmore (Kara) of Dry Ridge and Stacey Nelson (Greg) of Ashland; his grandsons, Ian, Elijah Messmore, Carter and Jacob Nelson; and his sister Emma Messmore of Ashland.
