She was predeceased by: her parents, Daniel D. Hollandsworth and Mary Hollandsworth (Beckner); her husband John Elswick; her brothers, Robert D. Hollandsworth, Ray Hollandsworth, Joseph Hollandsworth, Cecil Hollandsworth and Kenneth Hollandsworth; and her grandson Johnny Allen Elswick-Duncan.
She is survived by: her daughters, Julia L. Elswick of Ashland, Laura Mae Flinders (Randy) of Virginia and Christa D. Duncan (Jeffery) of Ashland; her friends, David Beach and John D. Elswick (Jenni) of Polk; and her siblings, Barbara Warner of Ashland, Luella J. Shonkwiler (Gary) of Alabama, William L. Hollandsworth (Joann) of Columbus and Ralph E. Hollandsworth of Rapid City. She is also survived by seven grandchildren and four great grandchildren.
