She was predeceased by: her parents, Leonard Topper and Margaret Topper; her siblings, Marian Battles (Eugene) and Joseph Topper (Annie) of Ashtabula; and her grandson Benjamin.
She is survived by: her daughters, Karen Stimpert (Dale) of Cincinnati, Deborah Rogers (Donald) of Ashland and Kathleen Mack of Cincinnati; and her grandchildren, Kristen Amanda Jolliff (John), John Matthew Rogers, Dr. Elizabeth Marie Stimpert, Rebecca Lee Moore (Andrew), Philip Earl Stimpert (Samantha), Jordin Leighann Weber (Mark) and Andrew Thomas Mack. She is also survived by eight great-grandchildren.
The family requests that in lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the "Wreaths Across America" program which provides headstone wreaths to veterans at Christmas time. Donations can also be made to the Christ United Methodist Church, Pathways Hospice, Sunshine Home Care, or your favorite charity in her memory.
