He was predeceased by: his parents, Carroll A. Liston and Vera Pauline Liston; Wayne F., Marjorie Kreis, Gerald Gribben and David Kreis.
He is survived by: his wife Linda Liston (Ashland) of Ashland; his son Scott M. Liston (Kelly McQuillen) of Ashland; his grandchildren, Trace and Kendall Myers; his sister Patricia Gribben of Ashland; his sibling's children, Connie S. Ayer and Gary Gribben (Brooke); his great-nieces, Brooke Trine and Brynli Ayer; his siblings-in-law, Debra Kreis and Kenneth Kreis (Betsy Simmons) of Ashland; and his pets, Jagger and Ollie.
Visitation was held on Saturday, December 6th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Denbow-Gasche Funeral Home (313 Center St, Ashland, OH 44805). A funeral service was held on Saturday, December 6th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Saturday, December 6th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Ashland Cemetery (523 W Main St, Ashland, OH 44805).
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Wounded Warrior Project.
