He was predeceased by: his parents, William H. Mosier and Litha S. Mosier; his siblings, William "Bus" Mosier, Ercel Mosier, Grover Mosier, Earnest "Gene" Mosier, Lena "Jewell" Ison, Hazel "Rose" Kitts, Barbara "Bobbi" Carroll and Sarah Mosier; and his friend Sam Johnson.

He is survived by: his daughter Terry Taylor of Polk, Ohio; his grandsons, Justin Crossen and Charles Taylor of Ashland, Ohio; and his close friend Vaughn Greenhill of Ashland, Ohio. He is also survived by numerous cousins, nephews, and nieces.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial donations be made to the MMLRC or the NRA.
