He is survived by: his former wife Kathy Wright-Owens; his siblings, Terry Jarrell, Tony, David and Matt Owens; his aunts, Janet, Kathy and Ruth; his children, Misty Dawn Owens York, Mark W. Owens Jr. and William'Billy'Owens; his grandchild Tausha; and his children, Freddie, Michael and Clyde Hoffer. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, and nephews.
