She was predeceased by: her parents, Grover C. Williams and Mildred P. Williams (Selders); her husband Kenneth Piper; her children, Cindy Osborn and David Hauger; and her granddaughters, Taffy J. Craft and D'Von Thomas.
She is survived by: her daughters, JoAnn Myers (Ronald) of Ashland and Carol Thomas (Jan) of Nankin; and her grandchildren, Thomas W. Schaffer II, Anthony Schaffer, Dean Thomas (Amanda), Daniel Thomas, Tammy Stage and Toby Craft. She is also survived by many great grandchildren and great great grandchildren.
