With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Mildred Howell (Ashland, Ohio), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on August 6, 2025 at the age of 94. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Wilbur C. Rambo and Mildred Irene Rambo (Nee Mansell); and her husband Ernest J. Howell. She is survived by: her sons, Jeffrey L. Howell of Ashland and Douglas Howell (Bonnie) of Ashland; her grandchildren, Shawn Howell of Greenwich, Amanda Welch (Matt) of Shiloh and Kaylee Howell of Ashland; her great grandchildren, Austan, Spencer, Travis Welch, Alania, Dakota, Kolson, Hudson and Weston Howell; and her great great grandchildren, Lilian and Landon Howell. She is also survived by child.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, August 14th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Denbow-Gasche Funeral Home (313 Center St, Ashland, OH 44805). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, August 14th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Thursday, August 14th 2025 at the New Pittsburgh Cemetery.
