She was predeceased by : her father Gary; her sister Joni Clevidence; her aunts and uncles, Glen Clevidence, James Bartley, Patrick Bartley, Janet Blunt, Sue Metz and Cathleen Bartley; her grandparents, Robert, Jenny Clevidence, Stanley Bartley and Ruth Harbaugh; and her cousins, Christy Rickard and Jeremy Bartley.
She is survived by : her mother Paula; her sisters, Michelle Persinger (Daniel) of Copley and Anna Coker of Oxnard, CA; her nieces and nephews, Dylan Persinger (Ashley), Robert Persinger, Katelyn Richardson (Ian), Kira Smith and Hailey Persinger; her great-nephew Emmitt Richardson; her great-nieces, Quinn Richardson, Kiyah Langston and Willow Persinger; and her aunts and uncles, Leslie Clevidence, Richard Clevidence, Tim Clevidence (Kerin), Daniel Bartley (Kim), Jennifer Hicks (Kevin) and Barbara Conrad (Craig).
