We are sad to announce that on November 30, 2025 we had to say goodbye to Monte Bowman of Ashland, Ohio. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
As Monte departs from this earthly realm, his essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though Monte may no longer walk beside us, his spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Monte leaves behind.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Freda Bowman and Karl Bowman; his sister Nylia; his brother-in-law Dale Crossen; and his nephew Eddie Crossen.
He is survived by: his sibling's children, Melanie Heffelfinger (Wayne Jay) and Rick Crossen (Brenda). He is also survived by siblings and many cousins.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, December 10th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Heyl Funeral Home (227 Broad St, Ashland, OH 44805).
