Norma Jean (McKean) McVey Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Norma Jean (McKean) McVey of Ashland, Ohio, who passed away on August 8, 2025 at the age of 89. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold McKean and Elizabeth McKean; her husband Bob; and her siblings, Raymond McKean, Carol Householder and Grace McDaniel.

She is survived by: her son Jeff McVey (Jennifer) of Mansfield; her grandchildren, Hannah Beeson (Collin) of Fishers, Indiana, Morgan McVey (Troy) of Columbus, Jason Berry (Leah) of Mansfield and Holly Gore (Sean); and her great grandchildren, Calvin Beeson, Nora Beeson, Brogan Smith, Kyron Berry, Owen Berry, Zoey-Rose Gore and Ariella Gore.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Humane Society of Ashland County, or the Alzheimer's Association.
