She was predeceased by: her parents, Leo Giar and Geneva Giar; her husband Jack A. Stokes; her children, Jack Stokes and Delores Stokes; and her siblings, Bill Mitchell, Hubert Mitchell, Sharon Yeager, James Giar, Lydon Giar and Judy Yeaples.
She is survived by: her children, Scott Tyler (Alison) of Indiana, Shane Stokes (Darcie) of Ashland, Buck Stokes of Columbus, Lonney Stokes (Amy) of Columbus, Floyd Stokes (Erin) of Ashland and Jake Stokes of Wakeman. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren.
