He was predeceased by: his parents, Levi Crist and Dorothy Crist (Stauffer). He is survived by: his wife Carol J. Dunlap; and his sons, Joel Crist (Molly) of Columbus and Bryan Crist of Ashland. He is also survived by four grandchildren and two great grandchildren.
