He was predeceased by: his mother Lenora Sherman (Bishop). He is survived by: his wife Joanne Owens Sherman; and his children, Monica Wilson (Dan), Celeste Hummel, Cathy Esterline (Dennis), Tim Sherman (Lisa), Jacki Barnett (Herschel), Terri Hicks (Dave), Dawn Seigman (Ray) and Jim Cornelius (Shaina). He is also survived by nineteen grandchildren; many great-grandchildren; and one great-great grandchild.
