He was predeceased by: his parents, Charlie Clark and Clara G. Clark (Lykens); his wife Diana "Susie" Clark (Wendling); and his siblings, Emma Peppard and Milford Clark.
He is survived by: his children, Michael Clark (Christina) and Shari Clark (Jerry Griffin); his grandchildren, Kristin Horst, Ashley Houston (TJ), Brandon Clark (Abigail Craig), Corbin (Kenzie Gallion) and Kelsi Clark; his great grandchildren, Cameron Horst, Maxwell, Toby Houston, Karsen and Taytum Clark; and his siblings, Sue Lilly, Jewell Arms, Pauline Goins, Linda Pauley, Hillard Clark, Larry Clark and Charles Clark.
