He is survived by: his wife Kaye; his daughters, Cindy of Westville and Cheryl Wilson (Kenneth) of Westerville, Ohio; and his grandchildren, Melissa, Amanda, Lance, Kris, Paige and Ryan. He is also survived by 5 great-grandchildren.
