He was predeceased by: his parents, William L. Hickok and Zeta Hickok (Sherwood); and his brother Jim Hickok (Phyllis). He is survived by: his wife Reta Hickok; his children, Brandon Hickok (Tanya) and Angie Whipp (late Brandon); his grandchildren, Maddy, Anna and Jacob; and his siblings, Ernie Hickok (Velma) and Mae Schilling (late Jim). He is also survived by many extended family members and friends.
