He was predeceased by: his parents, Louis Poeppelman and Hilda Poeppelman (Stang); his children, Steve (Rose), Sheila Longa (Larry), Dan (Peggy), Bob (Linda) and Mike (Sue); his son-in-law Doug Henry (Mary); and his siblings, Kate Arndts (Dick), Jenny Morrissey (Ken), Paul Poeppelman and Joanne Keck (Tom).
He is survived by: his wife Marilyn (Simon); his stepchildren, Kenneth (Monica), Cheryl (Brad), Donna (Jeff) and Darrell (Barbra); and his sister Rita Vonderhide (late Ron). He is also survived by 13 grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren.
