She was predeceased by: her parents, Philip Friend and Dora Friend (Geary); her husband Ward E. Schwartzwalder; her sister Dolly Jane Friend; and her grandson Zachary Bennett.
She is survived by: her children, Jane Miller of Ashland, Roger Schwartzwalder (Joy) of Ashland, Larry Schwartzwalder (Nilda) of Virginia Beach, VA and Dora Bennett (Dave) of Collegeville, PA; and her grandchildren, Michelle Estep, Matthew Schwartzwalder, Travis Cutlip, Beth Fryman, Dan Cutlip, Carrie Schwab, Brad Bennett and Garrett Bennett. She is also survived by eleven great-grandchildren and five great-great-grandchildren.
