She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Borham and Lila Borham (Parker); her husband Jefferson Scott Duncan; her brothers, Brian and Joe; and her nephew Tony Sparks.

She is survived by: her children, Reecie (Vaughn), Robert (Shannon) and Charles (Devon); and her siblings, Emma, Barb, Lynn, Loretta, John and Michael. She is also survived by eight grandchildren; and 6 step grandchildren.
