He was predeceased by : his father Norris James Blair; and his siblings, Melvin, James Blair and Relva Cooper. He is survived by : his sons, Charlton Blair (Fran) of Aptos, CA and Elliot Blair of Delaware; his siblings, William Blair (Jackie) of Radnor, Betty Blair of Franklin, NC and Barbara Jones (Robert) of Delaware; and his sister-in-law Martha Blair of Delaware. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, contributions in his memory may be made to the funeral home to assist with expenses.
