She was predeceased by : her parents, James Meade and Helen Meade (Gross); and her sister Brenda. She is survived by : her husband Claud; her son James Williams of Springfield, OH; and her siblings, Jimmy Meade of Ohio, Judy Cummings (Gene) of Ashley and Blaire Reynolds. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

Memorial contributions may be given to the American Cancer Society.
