He is survived by: his children, Joeseph Rawlins (Bobbie) of Ashley and Carey Owens (Robert) of Delaware; his grandchildren, Jamie Bennett (Steven) of Fredericktown, Kayleigh Bennett (Cody Persinger), Joey Rawlins, Steven Bennett, Ava Bennett and Evan Owens; his great grandchildren, Maizie and Kanyon Persinger; and his brother Robert Rawlins (Mary) of Iberia. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
