She was predeceased by: her parents, James C. Daniel and Neva F. Daniel (Daniels); her former husband James Crum; her husband Jack Thomas; her daughters, Debbie Bollack and Sandy Crum; and her brothers, Clarence, Troy, Elmer and Ernest Daniel.

She is survived by: her daughter Jennifer Stevens (Timothy); her grandchildren, Brian, Shellaina, Crystal of John, James, Harleen and Samuel; and her sisters, Kay Kelley (Ray) and Linda Kelley. She is also survived by several great-grandchildren.
