He was predeceased by: his father Amos Gildersleeve, Sr.; his grandparents, Joann and Bud Johnson; and his cousin Dustin Kirk. He is survived by: his mother Tracy Tyson (Jim Bloom); his wife Kelsey Cook; his children, McKinsey, Alayna, Isabella Gildersleeve and Stephen Heberling; his siblings, Christy Gildersleeve (Jeremie Welch) of Amos, Madison Gildersleeve, Josh and Jeremy Bloom; his grandparents, Tom and Judy Tyson; and his cousin Josh Pal. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.
