He was predeceased by: his parents, Dorothy Melnik (Smith) and John Melnik; and his brother Billy Vanyo. He is survived by: his daughter Nikkita; his brothers, Ken Vanyo (Cindy), Randy Melnik, Scott Melnik and John Melnik (Tami); his nieces and nephews, Keristy Vanyo, Tiffany Vanyo, Kenny Vanyo (Angela), Danielle Melnik and Jonathan Melnik; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Kenny Vanyo II, Payton, Parker Vanyo, Mataio, Jayden, Domnick, Kilah Snyder and Kyle Scollo.
