She is survived by: her husband James H. Perkins; her children, April McQueeney (Patrick), Tammy Reynolds, Harrison Perkins (Grace) and James C. Perkins; her sister Jamie Mackynen; and her aunt Peg Branch. She is also survived by 14 grandchildren; 7 great-grandchildren.
