He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Kelly and Ruby Kelly (Bowman); his sons, Donovan and Tyrone Shaffer; and his siblings, Jim, Ron, Rodger, Audra Glessner, Ellen Dewitt, Ruth Schwartz, Linda Shaffer, Joann Shaffer and Beth Ann Kelly.
He is survived by: his wife Stacy Shaffer; his children, Beth Ann Sabo (Dennis), Candi Shaffer, Faye Shaffer, Johanna Murphy, Miranda Shaffer (John Cartmell), Pam Braessler (Jeff) and Tammy Davis (Jeff); and his siblings, Barb Scott (Chuck), Tracey Cory (Bruce), Jeff Kelly (Suzie) and Doug Kelly (Carrie). He is also survived by 20 grandchildren; 23 great-grandchildren.
