We are sad to announce that, on October 20, 2020, at the age of 72, Berniece Niemi of Ashtabula, Ohio passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Earnest Meola and Alma Meola (Stillman); and her brother-in-law Michael Sopczak, Sr.. She is survived by: her husband Myron; her sons, Earnie Niemi (Gail) of Massillon, OH and Ed Niemi (Trina) of Riverside, CA; her grandchildren, Alexis, Riley, Peyton and Addie; and her siblings, Buddy Meola (Theresa) of Chandler, AZ and Lois Sopczak of Ashtabula.

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions can be made to Hospice of the Western Reserve, 1166 Lake Ave. Ashtabula, Ohio 44004.
