He was predeceased by: his parents, Buddy Ray and Bonnie Jewel Tilley, Sr. (Milam); his sisters, Cathy Vincenzo, Lisa Hughart and Carla Fitzgerald; his niece Amanda Fitzgerald; his nephew Robbie Vincenzo; his great-nieces, Jaelynn M. Thomas and Kennedi McNeill; and his close friend Edie Snyder.

He is survived by: his daughters, Desaray Tilley of Austinburg and Brittney Condo (Walter "Jamie") of Kingsville; his son-in-law Walter "Jamie" Condo; his grandchildren, Lilah, Carter, Royal and Hunter; his sisters, Ceretha "Debbie" Katzmann (Andy) and Lorrie Sawyers, Jr. (Dannie) of Kingsville; his brothers-in-law, Tony Vincenzo, Tim Hughart and Danny Fitzgerald; and the mother of his children Diana McDermott. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
