He was predeceased by: his parents, Melvin Lester and Alice Virginia Lewis (Gillespie); his brother Melvin Lewis; and his grandson Cory Michael. He is survived by: his wife Colleen Lewis; his children, Christopher G. Lewis, Kenton M. Lewis (Charlene) and Patience M. Culshawl (Joseph); his grandchildren, Jonathon, Destinee, Kera, Brooke and Raiden; his great grandchildren, Jacob and Luna; and his extended family, Virginia Buser (Paul), Kimberly Widger (Rodney), Emilia, Adaline, Sara Lewis Hassell, Hanna Young (Jeremy) and Ian Hassell.
