With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Cathy Jo Lee (Ashtabula, Ohio), who passed away on May 4, 2022 at the age of 65. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Lawrence R. Budd and Josephine J. Budd (Carone); and her siblings, Juanita Parrish and Larry D. Budd Sr.. She is survived by: her children, Katrina Lee Pelkey (Gerald) of Texas and Gary Lee Jr. (Amanda) of Florida; her former husband Gary Lee of Texas; and her brother Donald Budd Of of North Carolina. She is also survived by five grandchildren and many nieces, nephews and cousins.
Any memorial donations may be made to the Animal Rescue League of El Paso, a no kill shelter located at 7256.
