We are sad to announce that on July 3, 2025, at the age of 47, Cindy Sue Lanning (Ashtabula, Ohio) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Though Cindy may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Cindy touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
She is survived by: her parents, Gary Gower and Mary Gower (Tryon); her husband Charles Lanning; her children, Nicholas Strader and Julie Strader; her stepchildren, Sunshine Brueggeman (Steven), CJ Strader and Brandon Strader (Steven); and her brother Gary Gower Jr..
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, July 26th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the West Avenue Church of Christ (5901 West Ave, Ashtabula, OH 44004).
