He was predeceased by: his parents, Claude Nicholson and Kay Nicholson. He is survived by: his wife Patty McGinnis Nicholson; his sons, Wilson (Adrienne) of Dallas and David of San Antonio; and his brother John Nicholson (Teresa) of Ft. Myers, FL.

“Tres was a great friend and client. It was a joy to work with Tres all of these years. He was such a Godly man who always exhibited the highest integrity and character in all of our dealings over the years. He was a great example to all who worked with him. He will be greatly missed but we know he is now with his Lord and Savior and probably working on his golf swing in between hymns of praise to Jesus. We will be praying for your family and cherishing the wonderful memories of Tres.”
