She was predeceased by: her parents, Elmer Warner and Emma Warner (Bager); her former husband John Gordon Polkow; and her siblings, Harold, Allen, Henry and Violet Collard.
She is survived by: her children, Scott Polkow (Kim), Bryan Polkow (Suzie), Dawn Kandrac (Billy), Kevin Polkow and Robert Hart (Lindsay); her grandchildren, Emily Polkow and Evan Polkow of Morgan Sinclair; her children, A. J. Polkow (Hannah Alexandra), Alanna Polkow (Cameron Theroux), Nikki Rossman (Cody), Mikayla Polkow, Bentley Polkow, Maci Polkow, Bobby Hart and Charlotte Hart; her sister Gertrude Feher; her close friend James "Jim" Wilson; and her pet Chensey. She is also survived by 3 Great Grandchildren.
