He is survived by: his wife Judy; his daughters, Laura Dowler (Brian), Michelle Andrus (Steven) and Janice Dowler; his grandchildren, Jordan, Grace, Summer, Jake, Steve Jr. and Jonah; and his brothers, Robert Dowler (Paula), Dale Dowler, Jr. (Sandy) and Walter Willis (late Beth).
