He is survived by: his children, Lindsay Fuentes (Chris), Brooke Gonzalez (Shaun), Whitney Love (Gabriel), Mackenzie Caruthers (Terry) and David Clemens (Kiara); his grandchildren, Sabrina Fuentes, Callie Lendzian, Gwen, Ian, Christina, David, Cody, Kylie, Aaliyah, Noah Fuentes, Devlyn, Giada, Ava, Leena, Elona Gonzalez, Oliver, Penelope Love, Carlisle, Newton Caruthers and Jeilyz Cruz; his brothers, Tom Clemens (Colleen) and Paul Clemens (Linda); Rosann Cimorell and Patty Cellitti.
