He was predeceased by: his parents, Lorena Towner and Sam Towner. He is survived by: his wife Mary Lou; his children, Lynn Czup (Bob), Greg Towner (Terri) and Amy Towner; his grandchildren, Raechal Towner (Dewaun), Ryan Towner, Austin Czup (Leah), Emily Hake (Scott) and Meagan Towner-McCormick; his great grandchildren, Elijah and Isaac Evans; his stepgrandchildren, Kristen Pyles and Kurtis Crockett; his stepgreat-grandchildren, Justen Estrada, Christian, Carter, Kaden Crockett and Brother Gary Towner (Kathleen); and his sister Laurie Koski (Steven). He is also survived by four nephews.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, December 14th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Fleming & Billman Funeral Directors (526 W Prospect Rd, Ashtabula, OH 44004). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Monday, December 15th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Mt. Carmel Church (1200 E 21st St, Ashtabula, OH 44004).
